Description

A boat docked at a small port in Martinique exudes a peaceful and exotic atmosphere. The boat, often a modest fishing boat or a colorful sailboat, rocks gently on the clear waters of the harbor, securely anchored to the wooden docks. Its hull, sometimes painted in bright hues like red, blue, or yellow, is reflected in the calm water, creating a vibrant tableau of colors. The harbor itself is typical of the Caribbean, with its palm-lined docks, small shacks with corrugated iron roofs, and a few stalls where fishermen sell their catch of the day. The air is filled with the salty smell of the sea, mixed with the sweet scent of tropical fruits sold nearby, like mangoes and bananas.
