Mendrisse’s Expectations

Autodidact, Son Of The Sculptor Jean Mosnier Who Would Be His Mentor, Mendrisse Could Only Paint And Sculpt. His First Real Works Came Out Of His Montmartre Workshop In 1977.

Since Then, The Artist, Who Has Adopted The Heart Of The Marais At Paris, Knows International Galleries And Picture Rails.

For His First Exposure To St Etienne, Mendrisse Has  Desired Present His Last Ten Years Of Surrealist Creations. Ten Years Of Travel In The Interior Spaces Of Being, To The Fullest. The Search For The Other And For One's Own Realization.

From Romantic And Poetic Impulses To The Finest Meditations, The Discourse Of Colors And Shapes Imposes Itself In Happiness Or In Drama. The Couple, The Family, The Man, Engage In Incessant Exchanges Between The Material And Spiritual Worlds.
