Artistic approach

The works of Valérie Abadie are constructed of parallel lines which intersect and overlap, and whose intensity is or spacing results in different tones of gray.

At the basis of each of his creations, there is an emotion, an encounter.

"Be true" is her key word in each of the works she undertakes.

Thus, despite a detailed technique, it is the story told that takes precedence. A very real story always tinged with imagination. A kind of unreal reality.

Like a balancing act of lines, the designer gives us her mysterious vision of the world and beings.
