At the beginning, Alain Valtat placed his blue eye on the frosted surface of a Japanese camera. He got closer to painful subjects and one day decided to enter the image, into the blue of 28m/m optics. Then he laid his body in the blue sea and sailed away from the ever blue. As in the image, he entered the sea, observed for entire nights the constellations whose names, as a good sailor, he knew... Then he returned to the city and placed this blue, that of these eyes, those of the sea, those of the frosted cameras. One day, how? (only he knows) he caught a meteor shard and embedded it on the painted canvas. The shards became too heavy, he placed them on bases and invented new ones. And why not paint them?
