The pictorial material and the color are the only things that come into play in my artistic approach. The color is sculpted, which gives a particular sensuality to the pictorial act sometimes reflected in the final result. A canvas is never finished, it's just that on some I no longer want to work on it. In principle, a finished canvas would be a neutral gray monochrome.
