Discover the contemporary work of Algo

Having started painting in my free time during my last year of a master's degree in philosophy at the University of Rennes (early 2024), I began to explore painting in a self-taught way. Wishing to bring concreteness and movement to my approach to philosophy, which sometimes to my taste lacks practical representation and remains confined to an expression through words, I found this medium that allows me to express myself through movement and practice.

I explore several sensibilities, sometimes very abstract and sometimes more figurative, as you can see through my works. They are tinged with philosophical reflections, particularly on absurdity, but also on will and the relationship to passion.
