A former singer of a title in two albums, I started again the sculpture that I had abandoned in childhood. In 1997, the year of my first joint exhibition at the Parc Floral de Fort de France ,shortly after second joint exhibition with big names in Martinique art, (Guedon, Permal, Davis, Claude Perrot, Jean Terrine, etc.... In 1998 first personal exhibition, sculptures, paintings, drawings, pastels. Then I participated in several joint exhibitions on the island while raising my two children on an island where music is more consumed than pictorial art,. I set up a virtual gallery on arquid and made myself known on social networks hoping that my art, (negrospirit.art) would promote my country. I also have a space on Rare in the name of my art..

Self-taught, I sculpt, paint and draw by instinct, freely releasing my creative flow whose basis is spiritual and political. In a caricature style without deciding in advance who I represent in the chronicles of a political fight for the realization of an island dream. My characters are encounters that gravitate in the family and friendly universe of the world of politics of the country, where they each played a role in the progress of the country. It happens that I paint or draw them before meeting them, I started by drawing my subjects that I reproduced in painting or sculpture, to end with instinct directly in the raw material or on the blank page. Each work is unique. What is most important to me is the contact with the material, the softness of the nib of a pen on the letter paper, confirming that each work is a letter, a chronicle. My 2013 collection was a mixture of chronicles of the island's past and its hopes for the future, where each painting represented a crowd, but this time on an international scale: England, France and all the countries that have played a role in our history.
