I am delighted to present to you my artistic approach as well as my creations.

Allow me to introduce myself, I am Andy Berrend, an artist of Luxembourg origin with a passion for art. by creating funny and hallucinatory characters who seem to come straight out of my wildest dreams.

My artistic approach is based on the idea of creating magical creatures that merge harmoniously with colorful colors. bright and rich rhythmic chords. My works present characters with worried looks, scanning their environment with a curious curiosity. overflowing, questioning the outside world which often seems bland and monstrous to them. I love bringing things to life unique characters that provoke emotions in the viewer, leading them to understand their meaning. question their own perception of reality.

My work mainly focuses on the creation of singular portraits created on paper, mainly using oil pastels. I love the tactile and expressive aspect of this tool, which allows me to fully explore texture and color depth. Each portrait that I create is an invitation to explore. dive into the imagination, through minute details, vibrant colors and unique character traits.

Over the years, I have had the opportunity to to present my work at various artistic exhibitions, which allowed me to develop my artistic style and interact with a varied audience. I also had the opportunity to collaborate with other artists and take part in their work. collective creative projects, which enriched me as an artist and opened up new perspectives.

In addition to my artistic practice, I am a passionate, determined and creative person, always looking for new inspirations and new techniques. I firmly believe in the importance of art in our society, as a tool for reflection, communication and awareness raising. My goal as an artist is to capture the essence of humans, their emotions and their questions, and to transcribe it in a meaningful way. through my creations.

I am convinced that my passion, my commitment and my artistic vision could bring added value to this project. society. My work as an artist consists in fact of delivering unique creatures that merge with vibrant colors and rich rhythmic chords, captivating the imagination and wonder of those who see them.

But my artistic approach does not stop there. I have in fact created an association in the Vosges, which I named "PEKA RUBINSTEIN". This association, whose name evokes the poetic and mysterious universe that I love, aims to reverse the entirety of society. of its benefits to various charitable works and cultural projects. In other words, it serves to put my art at the service of a greater cause, through concrete and committed actions.

For several years, I have had the chance to present my works at various exhibitions and artistic events. These meetings with the public allowed me to assert my artistic approach, to deepen my style and to nourish my inspiration. But I also became aware of the importance of building links with society. around me, to engage in concrete projects that help to achieve my goals. build a fairer, more united and more open world.
