Discover the contemporary work of Annie PENIN

I have always been passionate about drawing and painting and after studying art, I began my career in the art field with a work of "trompe-l'oeil" paintings for a Toulouse developer, on interior and exterior walls. Then came the exhibitions in different cities in Occitania but also in Guyana where I lived for 11 years, continuing to paint trompe-l'oeil walls for restaurants or interiors of properties. Back to Toulouse, the exhibitions have focused on the pink city and since January, I have had the immense honor of being promoted to "member" of the prestigious association of southern artists. The S.A.M..
Two main opposing passions certainly but that I love just as much.
Hyperrealism and abstract. So often my exhibitions are in two parts.
Hyperrealism allows me to show my work on drawing and mastery of painting. and abstract for me is an artistic achievement. My motto, no good abstract without good artistic bases.
