Having grown up in the Pyrenees in an austere setting where nature dominates people's lives, I became passionate about these Neolithic cultures subject to the whims of their environments.

Nature dominates man, the unconscious dominates man.

I quickly became aware of this and so I gave artistic expression a place in my life very early on.

After a Scientific Baccalaureate, I turned to an apprenticeship to become a stonemason with the Compagnons du Devoir. I learned to handle the chisel, and very quickly, sculpture began to take over.

Passionate medieval art Roman, I look at all the cultures that have been able to develop this style. from the Celtic imagination to Judeo-Christian iconography to Greco-Roman art I do research.

I begin training as an ornamental sculptor which helps me understand the codes of medieval ornamentation.

Today living in Lodéve I look at the expression of a more personal style seeking this strength of the first artists.
