He has resided in Talavera de la Reina since 1985.

Higher studies in Artistic Ceramics at the Valencia Art School with master Enrique Mestre, international ceramist.

Professor of ceramics, pottery techniques, Image Theory and its different fields, at the Talavera Art School from 1985 to 2015.

More than 50 individual and group exhibitions since 1983.

Customer and promoter of multiple exhibitions on Spanish geography.

2022 Sound and matter  Ed: Amargord

Book whose content revolves around my work through the poetic voice of Pedro Tenorio. 

As a visual artist, since the 80s, I have developed an activity based on the use of conventional and perfectly recognizable materials, extracted from my environment. Materials that, when working with them, provide me with the possibility of connecting with reality, allowing me to reformulate, based on said materials, new approaches to issues that interest me as a basis for discursive exploration.

I openly declare myself a BUILDER of assembled forms. My work is fundamentally based on establishing dialogues between different elements, juxtaposing commonly used materials, in order to create new relationships that offer, as visual metaphors, suggestions aimed at telling, according to my vision of things, an acceptable narrative around my vision of the world.

A large part of my work consists of developing creative proposals taking my own image as a reference. This is an introspective territory that I am interested in exploring starting from a concept whose fundamental substance is reflected in the axiom:  I am everyone and everyone is me, which refers to the human being in its most elemental essence.
