Discover the contemporary work of Aslin
Aslihan Arslan, known by the pseudonym Aslin, is a French painter born in 1977 and a member of the Maison des Artistes (MDA) in France. Following her own path in the art world, she has exhibited her vibrant works in local galleries and art markets, quickly attracting attention for her bold and luminous creations.
Her distinctive style combines surrealism and abstraction, marked by a mastery of colors and textures that explore themes such as the beauty of nature, the passage of time, and the depth of human emotions. Drawing inspiration from life, her travels and her personal experiences, she transforms each blank canvas into an open door to another universe, a universe of freedom and limitless expression.
In my artistic practice, I strive to create works that transcend the limits of reality to open a window onto the imaginary. My approach is based on the fusion of surrealism and abstraction, where bright colors and dynamic textures become a visual language in their own right.
I draw my inspiration from the raw beauty of nature, the passing of time, and the many nuances of the human soul. Each canvas is an invitation to feel, to reflect, to dream. My creative process is intimately linked to my personal experiences and to my travels, which I reinterpret through compositions where emotions take shape and stories are written without words.
As an artist, I seek to establish a connection with the viewer, to provoke a silent dialogue between the work and the one who contemplates it. My creations do not seek to impose a message, but to offer a space for reflection and freedom, where everyone can project their own emotions, memories or hopes.
My ambition is to transform each canvas into a mirror of the soul, a gateway to a universe where light, color, and matter come together to tell a unique story.
