The poet of color: Born in 1951 in Strasbourg. He has exhibited in France and abroad since 1980. He has received numerous awards at various International Painting Fairs, and numerous articles about his work have appeared in the specialized press. He is listed in the "Akoun" painters' rating.

Presentation of the artist: "With large strokes, with a series of flat tints, François Bader defines his subjects, making them accessible at first glance. Neglecting detail, he enjoys compose with the essential, in order to obtain greater harmony. Clean, square, his paintings bring you into a decor constructed with a keen sense of color, an almost palpable texture and an astonishing light. Smooth and structured materials rub shoulders and complement each other to form a landscape, characters or a still life, all entering into a well-constructed architectural ensemble that is pleasant to the eye.
