HE IS ALSO THE CREATOR OF THE SIFFOOT, OFFICIAL WHISTLE OF THE FRANCE FOOTBALL TEAM IN 1998.

My paintings, whether figurative or abstract, are alive, animated by a movement which in turn incites to turn the viewer to an exotic or domestic journey. My work is a call to freedom shapes and the opening of borders, both physical and mental. . The figurative paintings oscillate between realism and surrealism, a stylistic mix that I would describe as “dreamlike figuration”. The expression emphasizes the importance I attach to imagination in my work. I don’t use photos. I sometimes make a quick sketch in a notebook to fix my future painting in my mind. But I do not return to it during the execution of the painting so as not to imprison my creation in the making in a premeditation whose only interest was to orient towards a direction and not to define a destination.
