Discover the contemporary work of Bonvarlet
Described at a young age as an eccentric person with a need to create with pencils, paint and even clay. I didn't see what surrounded me as ordinary mortals. A dramatic family event propelled me to find a balance and painting was a springboard. Those who looked at my creations loved it and encouraged me to continue. Some people made requests of me. So I continued....
To this day I continue, I stayed in a store in Montluçon, my works sold like hotcakes (watercolors, oils and even sanguine pastels). Today the store has changed owners, I continue to create. It is a need. I have happened to pass on the little knowledge that I have to adults or even children. Beautiful sharing.
My works are increasingly oriented towards the abstract but my initial master was Renoir and also Turner. I am a romantic, I like to paint softness and blur, I like to give people the right to imagine what they want and make them dream of going somewhere else that is not necessarily mine.
It is always difficult for me to be satisfied with the work I do, I am always looking for ?.. So I continue to paint
