Cédric graduated from the Bordeaux School of Visual Communication and has worked in advertising for over a decade in the best communication creation studios and as a freelancer. Cédric was born in Orthez, in the southwest of France and now lives in the south of the Landes.

My artistic identity

I found my artistic identity in abstract painting with the refusal of the representation of the visible world, to leave room for the nature of a drive, a movement, a flow.

He approaches series as so many modulations between full and empty, weightlessness and gravity. The use of acrylic paint allows him speed, fluidity in the gesture. He captures the immediacy of movement and experiments with transparency. The painting then expresses the moment, frozen on the canvas.
