He had a career as a Professor of industrial science and technology, and also taught painting in the evenings.

A student from 1981 to 1988 at the Beaux Arts in Paris, of Liccata, Pincas and Yankel, Charrier has been painting since

the age of eighteen and has been writing for twenty years. Member of the Maison des Artistes. Member of the Taylor Foundation.

Present at the Comparaison 2024 and 2025 exhibition, Grand Palais - Paris, "Métaphores" group.

In 1999 he published his first collection of drawings and poems, "Evils and Pleasures", in 2008 his second, "novels, the circle of Man".

In 2016, “Colors for Death” credit, art book, illustrations from the novel by LF Céline. Tami Editions.
