Born in 1991 on the enchanting islands of Guadeloupe, in Marie-Galante, Gaelle TURLEPIN, also known as the artist Cheli gt, inherited an early passion for colors and textures. In the vibrant atmosphere of her native land, she began to painting since childhood, exploring unexpected supports such as shells and wooden plates unused by her mother.

Gaelle's first painting, a landscape representing the pyramids of Cheops, was created in gouache on a wooden plate. This inaugural artistic gesture has remained anchored in her mother's heart, symbolizing the genesis of an emerging self-taught artist.
