Discover the contemporary work of Christian LEFEVRE
After studying at the Beaux Arts in Toulon with a specialization in screen printing then in art photography (1st prize in Art Photography / Fine Arts of Toulon 1973/1974), Long-time independent photographer, in the industrial and advertising field, now retired. From the professional world, Christian finally takes the time for his personal research focused on color and material, without neglecting Black and White which are the fundamentals of his visual approach.

The atmosphere that results from his images is always guided by the rigor of the composition, and often close to painting.
In this context, his approach sometimes approaches abstraction, with a double reading, leaving the viewer great latitude in interpretation.
His vision of the final image must be for him a link between the subject and the experience of each person, that is to say a link between common places of collective memory and their representation .
To summarize, Christian Lefèvre applies himself to transforming the ordinary into extraordinary, where each subject covered "play" his own little music.
