Christine Praneuf, born January 24, 1972 in Ardèche – died we don't know where, or when, at least not yet!
My painting speaks of encounters, places, smells, feelings, lights, colors, life. Like a graphic designer, I assemble shapes, ideas and I compose, color without prejudice. I am a self-taught surrealist, a self-taught dreamer, not very down to earth and deeply joyful. Life is before me, I only have to pick it, transform it. I draw, I observe and then I play with shapes. I take care of my sensitivity through observation, imagination and composition.
My background is atypical, and I am delighted. I don't have a fine arts degree in my bag, but I have notebooks, pencils, watercolors, markers, acrylics, canvases, paper... and a life full of surprises. Art history, tourism, live performance, arts and crafts, some travel, children, friends... In short, I offer you my world and also work to order.
