Discover the contemporary work of Coramanchas

I am a digital artist born in Honduras and I've been holding a pencil to a paper for as long as I can remember. I grew up wishing to be a comic artist and later an animator, and have gone through hardships and trials to achieve my dreams in a country that does not respect the arts. I am currently studying Illustration in Spain.

Through my art, I wish to reflect the things I love the most about the chosen topic so that the viewer can discover and understand the topic through my eyes. My first step is to think about these things and write them down while listening to music, and I will later do thumbnails. Once I choose the one that works the best I start thinking of colors and mood. I tend to start my work loosely and slowly add more details as I go. It's a process that starts as thoughtful and progresses into messiness, I find that it fits my emotions well.
