Abdoul SOW, known as Docart, is a visual artist, graphic designer, set designer, and director. His works explore the dualities of the world, blending tradition and modernity, roots and openness, through dynamic and colorful compositions. He questions cultural values in the face of globalization and materialism, while highlighting the richness of interculturality.
Born with a passion for art in all its forms, Abdoul SOW has developed a transversal approach integrating painting, sculpture, animated film, interior design, and signage. His work is not limited to one medium: he fuses techniques and inspirations to create evocative works, where emotions and internal conflicts take on a universal dimension.
Artistic director and founder of Docart, he has participated in numerous international exhibitions, collaborated with cultural institutions, and created stage sets for theater. His artistic commitment extends beyond aesthetics: he is also an active member of humanitarian and cultural associations, seeking to build bridges between peoples through his art.
Among his notable creations is "Femme Universelle," a work that illustrates his commitment to female representation and cultural diversity.
