Elodie Ferré is a watercolorist and illustrator from Tours, member of the Mondial Art Academia.
The drawing turned out to be à her during her college years and never let go. She undertook studies of Philosophy-Letters, Plastic Arts at university. Blois and History of Art at Towers. She was also a student. initiated to The Art of Applied Calligraphy and illumination.
She has a passion for Chinese Calligraphy with the Art of Sumi-e (Chinese painting which uses the wash and ink technique) Sumi means ink and e means the path, the painting. Like Sumi-e art, the most important thing in his paintings is that his stroke captures the spirit of nature rather than a true representation of nature, while seeking harmony both through the line only through the use of pigments.
Her favorite technique is watercolor which allows her to best express what she feels, while giving free rein to her ideas. the fleeting and magical inspiration of the moment... It is a light and vibrant paint where she sometimes mixes iridescent pigments or gold leaf.
His watercolors are characterized by the notion of precision, meticulousness, movement and depth.

The representation of the Tree serves as a support for his work. its filling frenzy where She inscribes in the background an interlocking foliage or a floral tree revealing the volumes of the trunks, branches and roots which embody the soul of the tree, its intimate memory.
More than anything, she likes to transcribe her feelings about things; a living nature: roots running along the ground and branches striving towards the light, leaves vibrating in the wind, the sun.
His goal ? Move the viewer, make them wonder and wonder by offering them vibrant watercolors around the theme of the Tree of Life which is the expression of their intuition where the invisible reveals itself through the visible like an emotion, a feeling or a memory. Something cosmic sometimes... The spectator is therefore invited; à discover the universe that unfolds before your eyes, the mystery that emerges from it.
