Fred was born à Cannes La Bocca in 1973 he now resides in Cannes. Auribeau-sur-Siagne. He is curious about everything, handy and admires artistic crafts. When decorating his house he attached great importance to à three currents: Brutalism, Modernism and Rococo.

He launched himself into in creative work from burnt wood from the Yakisugi technique used in particular for cladding. Each of his compositions includes a burnt wood support; making it the common thread of his collection.
“Brutalism through the treatment of the material inspires me enormously, during my creations I must feel the material, tame it and submit to it to be subjected to it. time.” he said.
He uses everything that comes to hand, constantly seeks new techniques, He tries everything in an instinctive, primitive way.
We can also see the imprint of kintsugi in his creations, just like the rococo which appears in the choice of colors of some of his creations.
Clearly, his pieces do not leave one indifferent, they challenge and question. The texture, the clash of materials and colors, the use of products or workshop materials are part of his style, his artistic being. In certain works, he introduces and represents the clash of cultures and civilizations, an image of the conflicting human relationships of modern times.
Each of his creations can attract attention from far and near. Self-taught, we see his sculptures, paintings or oddities as he likes to call them evolve, according to his moods and technical trials.
