Discover the contemporary work of Gaëlizm
My name is Gaëlizm, artist and self-publisher of the book Si tu voulait me voir. My artist name is a tribute to my twin brother Gaël who inspired this book and still inspires many of my works.
I have also been greatly inspired by other artists such as Takehiko Inoue (Slam Dunk), Hiroyuki Asada (Letter bee, I'll Basket), Naoko Takeuchi (Sailor Moon), Kyousuke Motomi, Kelogloops, Yuumei, Alphonse Mucha.
In 2017, I illustrated If you could see me, a book on the theme of the lost twin. In 2020, I worked a lot with watercolors for an exhibition at the Cinéma Thééatre Le rocher in La Garde (83). 2021 was a year conducive to the creation of watercolor illustrations on recycled paper notebooks designed by the family business Makipapiers, a beautiful project in keeping with my respect for nature.
