I took drawing classes at the Pau art school. Drawings from photos, but also live models.
I then worked on canvas acrylic paint. The reproduction of works by masters is very educational, whether they are figurative or more abstract.
Meeting the painter Pascale Taurua, led me to practice painting oil, first with a brush then with a knife.
It was a revelation, a discovery, it seemed to me like a discovery. painting since forever.
So many possibilities for creations with this material!
Velvet, satin, or more pronounced effects. using knives, striking fades, an infinite expanse of color, a malleable material that allows adjustments and subtle effects.
Even today, I do not hesitate to meet other artists, exchanges nourish me.
I particularly like representing femininity, elegance, contemplative attitudes, the women of today's world. I like to harmonize colors.
Even if figurative painting particularly attracts me, I paint other subjects in other styles, and constantly experiment with different techniques.
From small sketches to large-scale projects; on a larger scale, my paintings are a reflection of what I am.
I also work to order, it is a pleasure for me to create a painting according to the environment at hand. decorate, I adapt the colors, I understand your tastes, your style preferences.

The viewer often says: "there is a very present atmosphere and life in your paintings"
I like to see visitors smile in front of my paintings, and I am delighted when people ask me about the why of the subject, or about my technique.
If you let yourself go, you will be able to travel while observing my paintings, and imagine yourself in Japan for example, or in a street in Paris in 1930, and why not in contemplation, face to face; our magnificent Atlantic Ocean.
I sometimes feel distant from the female characters I meet, but above all I love painting them. It is a way of celebrating them in various environments and times. Perhaps, unconsciously, it is also about bringing life back to life. a loved one disappeared far too quickly.
My wish is to work very soon on the representation of landscapes, but much more suggested than realistic
