Discover the contemporary work of Gil Nijar
I grew up surrounded by books, novels and comic strips, sheets of Canson paper, felt-tip pens and colored pencils which were so many keys to opening the doors to new universes. While the boys my age played ball, I spent long hours playing football. put down on paper the heroes of my childhood on A4 formats that I had framed by my father and which I sold to the neighborhood. This passion for drawing has never left me. even if I was angry with him sometimes unfaithful. I invite you to visit my online gallery > gilpixel.art
To the definition of artist, I prefer the term "image creator" which seems to suit me better. Fan of comics (Moebius, Enki Bilal, Manara, Métal Hurlant...), computer graphic designer by training and designer when time is not counted on me, I exchanged my art chalks oil a few years ago against "tools" of a digital palette or should I say "the instruments" because each of my works is music in writing carried by hypnotizing bass lines. My works are "remixed" and reconstructed through the associations of ideas that cross my mind. I invite you to visit my online gallery > gilpixel.art
