... I was born in Munich in 1950 .... arrived in France in 1962 ... With my baccalaureate in my pocket, I took classes at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Beaux Arts in Paris: the E N S B A from 1972 to 1976... I exhibited my first drawings of "Free Figuration" at the CHABIN gallery, place du Tertre (PARIS) in 1974 ... I had my first exhibition of "FREE FIGURATION" in LIMOGES in 1977, an exhibition FILMED by FR3 Limoges... My creations left for the United States in 1978: Atlanta ... I LEAD SEVERAL STYLES FRONT ... I AM THE INVENTOR OF SOME .. from 1980 to 1984 I created decorations for porcelain makers .. from 1984 to 2000 I was an independent art enameler. I create abstract enamels \"COLORISTS\" , with an emphasis on transparent enamels that I sell in my shop, cours du Temple in Limoges. I sign my works with my first name: HELIODOR, which in Greek means: \"gift of the sun\" ... We ALL learned to draw colorful and geometric rhythms at nursery school, then, we ALL took art classes in middle and high school. Then we ALL, Bx-Arts students and others, visited museums, exhibitions and met painters ... Everyone is capable of learning ONLY WITH THE EYES .... especially when we are inspired by Pollock, Kandinsky, Dubuffet, Nicolas deStael, Chagall, Kandinsky etc .. I paint or draw according to my moods: gestural or reasoned abstracts, geometric concrete art or even hyperrealistic figurative art... with a personal creativity to create and discover constantly: COMBINE MY STYLES!
