-Isis Bi M was born in Paris in 1955 then, she lived the next forty years in Paris. Lille. She now lives and works in Saintes, in Charente-Maritime. Self-taught, she devotes herself to; painting since always, sculpture since 1990, then at engraving in 2018.
 
Artistic journey:

Since I was little, I have had the chance to be surrounded by exceptional people who allowed me free artistic expression, without guidance. Uplifted by their trust, I remained free. When I was a teenager, I adopted my son. a colorful pictorial code so as not to reveal myself, to preserve my privacy.
Today I happen to meet people who read my creation as if in an open book, it's disturbing, surely the same kind of sensitivity, the same energy.
I let myself do so with astonishment and delight, like a tribal recognition or an old memory of past lives together.

Artistic approach:

Fugee, fragile moment, emotion, impulse, the desire to express, quickly, immediately on a notebook in my bag, indicating the colors, 1st magic of feeling on paper. far away and so close, look. Sometimes a text is attached.
Then time takes its time to go until the sketch, re-creation, new magical moment through the contribution of color.
And time again passes, then the final creation, on canvas or in sculpture, ends, then new ecstasy of creation, of the recall of the energy of nature. #39;epoch, a slice of life, a joy.
Sculpture is the shaping of my painting, for the caress of my expression of emotion.
