I only took a few years of art classes in high school. That's to say nothing. However, I had an absolutely brilliant teacher, who told us at the end of the course "have you really understood what I taught you? Perspective, art history, line, plane... Forget everything, that's the best advice I can give you" & he was right. The basics are useful, they are tools, points of support, but for the take-off, the guide is internal.

According to inspiration, I am just one channel among many. Of course, a technique is acquired over time, but as for inspiration, where does it come from? Are we part of the mediumistic corridor, able to grasp a thread in the ether that we pull and unroll on a canvas? Starting from this observation, I have produced some "Dorian Gray" type paintings that aim to transcend a pain, a thorn that prevents us from moving forward. Because there are several types of artists, mostly of two categories, those who try to bring a little light and those who vomit their traumas. No judgment, the latter have the same function of resonating with a view to resilience, just not through the same means. In short... I do Dorian Gray, and crafts.
My craft productions are done on any medium, here my approach is to bring art to the street. Textiles, leather or even nails (!) all means are good for people to remember that they are as unique as the piece they wear.
