Discover the contemporary work of Jorin Tiedemann
My father has been painting for as long as I can remember. When my friends started drawing in high school, I think my time had come too, as I began my artistic path with graffiti.
For the next ten years, art was just a hobby for me while I tried other professions. At the end of 2019/beginning of 2020, I started to take my painting more and more seriously and also to expand it, until I finally completed an artistic training at the free art workshop in Munich in autumn 2021.
I can't say that I have a conscious approach to my art other than expressing myself and my thoughts. I like weird and silly things and I guess that comes through in my art.
