I'M CLARA,

You may already know me as L'Atelier Clara del Sol!

I am an Illustrator, Author, Teacher and Mom of a beautiful little boy.

After years of searching for my path, I finally made the big decision to trust myself and follow my heart. I then embarked on the most beautiful adventure, Watercolor.

I literally spend my days painting on my beautiful British-style desk. In this little cocoon, which I have made down to the smallest detail to feel comfortable.

As a former school teacher, teaching is an integral part of who I am.

I am also a watercolor teacher, it is a real pleasure for me to be able to pass on to you the knowledge that I have acquired and that which I learn on a daily basis, so...

I create paintings of all types. However, I remain specialized in the category "Still Life" (everyday objects, botanical art, etc.). I often paint according to the seasons of the year.
