Discover the contemporary work of Loïc Le Loët

 Born in 1961 in Saint Laurent de Médoc in Gironde, Lïc Le Loët was trained in photographic techniques at ETPA in Toulouse in 1987. Then completed his training by being a developer
and B/W printer at Pictorial Service for 3 years. Distributed by Agence Vu since 1991.
Since then he has collaborated with the national and international press.
Freelancer for the Sud-Ouest newspaper from 1992 to 2006.
From 1993, he has held workshops where people, children or adults create photographs.
Experience of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, the photographer lived 11 months in a refugee camp in Gaza in Palestine during the 2nd Intifada and in Georgia in Gori during the conflict with Russia
and South Ossetia.
In 2011, publication of a photo file and interviews in Festin n° 77 (magazine in Aquitaine) about the KLAUS storm. Since his monograph on the Garonne in 2013, the photographer in contact with nature since birth has begun to photographing it, especially by getting closer to the water that
runs. In 2016, a book commissioned by the publisher Ici & là with the subject of marine erosion on the Landes coast.
Loïc Le Loët's photographs are included in the photographic collections of the BNF; the Musée des Armées; the Parvis de Tarbes; the Maison R.doisneau de Gentilly; the Oberpfälzer Künstlerhaus de Schwandorf (Bavaria), the Musée d’Aquitaine and are purchased by private collectors.

Since my childhood, I have been attracted to nature and especially to running water. In the attached example, I use the overprinting technique.
