Christophe Chassaint born in 1967.

I have always been attracted by all forms of arts. Constantly researching and exploring different branches. At the end of my studies, I turned my attention to towards architecture for 25 years within different agencies. At the same time, I discovered bone work 10 years ago, but have only been working on it seriously for 1 year. I started by ocean-inspired pendants, various commands which made me progress technically, but it is on entire pieces, tibia, femur, humus that I'm thriving.

I discovered the delicate and mysterious work of bone. Treat the material to be able to work with it and sublimate it.

I am inspired by the organic architecture of the elements. Curves, solids and voids, different textures. Afterwards, it’s light that comes into play. Playing on the different thicknesses of the pieces and diffusing colors which spread over a wide palette of orange colors tending to red to red. light yellow.
