Lulu Zhang is a visual artist who came from China 15 years ago where she studied oil painting and drawing for several years. It was in France that she learned ceramics.
A multidisciplinary artist, she is interested in humans and their exchanges, their impact on the environment and vice versa.
Artistic approach
Most of Zhang Lulu's work involves using sculpture and ceramic techniques. Her work draws its influence from her childhood and is inspired by her mother, who suffers from social phobia. What if it wasn't her who was sick, but society? Zhang Lulu's creations represent a dreamlike and inaccessible world.
