The body in action, I have always loved working with matter, being in contact with the elements used.

After artistic studies and a professional career in the medical-social sector, I finally returned to my first loves: painting and sculpture.

Through my works, I deconstruct the body from every angle. It is about magnifying a fragmented body, giving a second life to a classic iconography, with a touch of humor and absurdity.

In my abstract work, I like to create images that are intended to be contemplative. The composition is done randomly from the shapes and materials that I want to mix. Often, an accident, a stain ends up guiding the composition. A way of showing resilience through creation.

In some of my paintings, I come to divert the representations of ancient statuary with a certain dose of humor thanks to the titles, the choice of the part of the body painted, the pasted images and the plants. The latter, just like the advertising inserts, are a vestige of the past to which I come to give a second life. Through these works I try to make classical art less divisive and lighter.
