Discover the contemporary work of MAPIE

I discovered my passion for flowers by creating a large garden. Already I liked playing with colors. Self-taught, I started à paint in 2015 and agrave; exhibit in 2016 in my department (Ille et Vilaine) in Brittany (France).

It quickly became a passion, an essential, painting and flowers.

When I start a painting, I don't have a particular project. The theme is defined based on the colors that correspond to the theme. my interior landscape of the moment. I use acrylic, oil pastels, felt-tip pens, knives, brushes, my fingers :-)

It’s a blessing to be able to meet the public and artists during group exhibitions. but for you who are far away, I have decided to to exhibit on this site, so I hope you have a pleasant time in the company of my paintings and those of the other artists gathered here.

From narrative figuration, through naïve painting, to arrive at; abstract art.... as long as I can free myself from the rules!

I do not wish to represent a reality. I'm just looking to to move myself, and consequently to move the audience. When I succeed, I'm delighted.
