Discover the contemporary work of Mar

My name is Mar. I grew up in a small (beautiful) town in the Segarra region (Lleida) in Catalonia (Spain). When I was 18, I went to Barcelona to study nursing, my lifelong profession. I work at the HU Vall d'Hebron (Barcelona).

I started a family when I was 24, and I have 2 children (Jaume and Maria). My husband Josep Maria died in 2019, and due to his illness (Multiple Myeloma), I started painting around 2017.
I am now 62 years old and I will paint The colors that come out of my heart when they want to come out of it.
