Marie-Lise LE CAMPION is an artist - painter and sculptor born in 1953. She lives and works in Brittany, where she works. his workshop is located.

His interest in painting began during his secondary studies. After obtaining your baccalaureate option « drawing », she began a professional career at the Ministry of Culture (Directorate of Museums of France, Ecole du Louvre, etc.).

In 1990, Marie-Lise Le CAMPION left to live in the USA. She then begins to paint self-taught. In 2001, his first personal exhibition took place, which was a great success. The artist decided to create his painting studio in 2005.

Colorist, Marie-Lise LE CAMPION offers canvases flooded with color. She likes to play with their harmonies, their nuances and their contrasts in order to bring out light, generating emotions. His personal history, his feelings and his environment are determining sources of inspiration for the artist. In her creative process, she occasionally draws on a theme that she chooses according to her mood.

A visual artist, modeling the earth complements her pictorial work. Working with clay and creating form is a discovery and a wonder. Marie-Lise LE CAMPION uses white clay for its natural finish.
