Discover the contemporary work of Monteiro Hasse

Monteiro Hasse, raised in South Africa and living in Hamburg, began making abstract portraits in 2015, capturing the many facets of our emotional journeys. His art reflects the imperfection and fluid transitions of life, telling of moments of change, growth and introspection. In June, he will present a new exhibition in which abstract portraits and brightly colored scenes represent the essence of human experiences and the depth of inner worlds.
