Having acquired solid knowledge after three years in the Lison de Caunes workshops, I settled down in the Lison de Caunes workshops. in a shared workshop à Pantin with the aim of exploring new techniques and breaking away from the usual approach to working with straw.
A period of meticulous development allowed me to define my vision, embodied in each of my creations.

I explore the organic forms of nature, which offer me a variety of possibilities. infinite sinuous lines and curves, but also the repetition of abstract geometric shapes to create visually dynamic compositions with effects of depth, movement or relief.

This approach is accompanied by the use of traditional patterns to fully exploit their play of light and their visual impact. However my will is to hide them in varied designs in order to energize the whole and offer a contemporary and unique result.

The layering and sanding of straw, perceived as defects, occupy a central place in my creations. To respect this philosophy and contrary to; traditional marquetry, I use the scrap material to create this distinct texture which questions the highlighting of imperfections. Experimenting with different techniques allowed me to produce a diversity of works. visual effects. A dialogue is born between the shades that blend together, requiring a subtle harmonization of colors and merging the senses of the straw.
