Philippe Gillotte: an eclectic artistic trajectory

À At the age of 13, he discovered the magic of photography, thus beginning a journey that would lead him to photography. the Crossroads of Fine Arts in 1981. This is where He decided to devote himself to photography, beginning a creative connection that would shape his life.
In 1982, Philippe took a decisive step by joining the Louis Lumière school.
At the same time, he became the assistant of a photographer working in the exhilarating world of advertising. and fashion. During the following decade, he distinguished himself by producing reports for agencies in collaboration with the Fédération Nationale de la Presse Française (F.N.P.F.). The arrival of digital technologies in 1990 marked a turning point in his career, directing him towards the role of chromist serving the press and publishers.
The constant evolution of the digital world leads it to a new adventure, this time with web agencies, where; his multimedia technical skills find a field of expression. However, it was in 2009 that Philippe fully reconnected with his first passion: event and artistic photography. He exhibits his works in restaurants, giving a taste of his artistic versatility. Currently, Philippe is preparing a larger exhibition, accompanied by a retrospective book which will retrace his rich and varied career. As an author photographer, he claims to be free to create in totally different styles, always imbued with a unique poetic note.
