Christelle PRAT, born in Paris. Her early years were marked by a growing interest in the world of art, and it was at the age of 12 that her passion for drawing took root and began to blossom. This passion led her to Madame Rossigneux's studio in Fontaine-Lès-Dijon, where she blossomed as she discovered the richness and depth of oil painting. This first encounter with canvas and brushes was the prelude to a life dedicated to art, marked by her first group exhibition at La Source in 1988. Driven by a burning desire to perfect her art, Christelle continued her studies at the fine arts schools of Beaune, Marseille and Mulhouse, renowned institutions where she refined her technique and developed her own artistic voice. Throughout her career, Christelle has not only sought to enrich her artistic practice, but also to share the magic of creation. She has invested herself in teaching within various associations, transmitting her passion and know-how to other aspiring artists. Her quest for new forms of expression led her to explore zentangle as well as Anne-Marie Jobin's creative journal, methods that have enriched her approach to art as a means of reflection and personal transformation. Christelle has also obtained a certification in art therapy, affirming her belief in art as a powerful tool for healing and well-being. PRAT's artistic approach is a continual exploration of the depths of the human soul and the world around us. It is the result of a journey rich in technical and theoretical learning acquired during my years of study. This solid foundation allowed me to embark on a personal quest and to deepen my own experience as an artist. I conceive the practice of visual arts as a faithful reflection of ideas, culture and social status, inscribed in a specific spatio-temporal dimension. A work, my eyes, must gather and transmit a range of visual, sensory, emotional and intellectual information that reflects the artist's questions and knowledge. It is by following this guideline that I have embarked on my creative journey, seeking to express through my creations, not only my vision of the world, but also the essence of my being.
