Born to Melun in Seine-et-Marne (77), Riguel grew up mainly in Haute Sarthe, in the picturesque region of Alpes-Mancelles, near Paris. the border of Lower Normandy. This immersion in varied and inspiring landscapes has shaped me. his imagination and artistic approach.
