Robert Laffont, self-taught painter, was born on July 14, 1952. He began drawing and painting at the age of 14. His production until 1980 was devoted to drawing and watercolor. Robert Laffont draws and paints sometimes from life, sometimes from imagination. His main sources of inspiration: painting from the 17th and 18th centuries, as well as Cézanne, the Nabis and many artists from the beginning of the 20th century.
