« SABIE » Oxford will see the birth of her first child whom she will paint within this exceptional architecture, these luxuriant green and flowered parks and romantic alleys. It is in Nice that her second child will be born with new inspirations, the burning desire to bring heat and sun, the very characteristics of the Riviera and the Mediterranean coast which recalls her to her roots of North Africa and Spain. One will find besides in her paintings, warmth, serenity, the peace and quiet which she will preserve in the style which will make her fame.Her style will keep on concretizing and asserting itself, but the painter aspires to an architectural renewal. The artist does not get enough satisfaction any more from these small towns which she knows too well and to appease her insatiable need for revival, she decides to undertake to paint American cities.It is the West coast of the United States which will inspire her in the first place. She will paint New York for its lights, its night life, its glows and reflections, its buildings .Then in its turn, Florida will indulge her into new creations, influencing her with its passion for esthetics, its modernism and the enthusiasm and radiance of its inhabitants.In the constant search for innovative forms and shapes , the town of Sidney in Australia will enable her to gather all the elements that fit with her style.
