À At the age of 10, my first art class changed my mind. my life by introducing me to Frida Kahlo. This artist used art and painting to express her pain. At that time I was experiencing sexual assault and school harassment. This revelation moved me deeply and made me realize that the art of painting would be my salvation in life. Me too. That day, two other artists were presented, Leonardo da Vinci the perfectionist and Pablo Picasso the man who goes beyond what was possible. rules (artistically). These different artists follow me every time I create, they complement each other. After this course I knew that my path would be that of the artist, with no other option.
I start by painting to heal my own wounds, then I focus on my favorite themes. My portraits tell the story of significant moments experienced by others, expressing various emotions. I’m interested in deformation, the strangeness and at non-compliance to represent all forms of beauty, including those arising from the imagination or from difference. To me, ugliness can be incredibly beautiful.
