Professional painter and author, Séverine Authier shares with you her original and colorful works, inspired by her inner kingdom.

For more than twenty-five years, after artistic studies in the Rhône-Alpes region and in parallel with an introspective journey, she paints paintings acrylic. Thus, these are colorful characters, often feminine, and worlds populated by strange and wonderful creatures which hatch under his fingers.

Inspiration flows freely. through his brushes, colors and shapes, making them vibrant. Thus, the spectator is invited; à a journey into other spaces as well as into itself. This artist of Lyon origin tells us that she discovers herself through through intuitive painting, allowing her to stay connected to life. a deeper part of herself that she calls Inner Source.

But that's not all, Séverine also has a love of writing, and has done so since she was very young. After long years of hesitation, she embarked on the beautiful project of writing books illustrated by herself: fantastic, initiatory stories and novels and picture books for young people.

"Books have always been very important to me. Whether as an object or as a tool to convey a message. I am currently working on a fantastic and initiatory novel, as well as a picture book for children."
