I was born in Monroy (Cáceres) and I live in Alhaurín de la Torre (Málaga).

My passion for painting began in 1994, when I left my trading company in the automobile sector. From the beginning it was an unexpected crush, motivated by my wife and the paintings of the German romantic, Friedrich, I attended I attended classes with the magnificent painter Robles Muñoz and, since then, I have dedicated a large part of my life to cultivating my technique and developing my own style.

My artistic training is broad and diverse. I have studied in Madrid, in Cheste (Valencia), Seville and Malaga, obtaining the titles of Diploma in Teaching and Bachelor of Biology from the University of Malaga. I have also had the enormous opportunity to expand my studies in Limerick (Ireland), and Southampton and Cambridge (England) with teachers from dozens of different countries who have made me more tolerant, plural and creative. < /p>

My paintings talk about what surrounds me: Landscapes, seascapes, still lifes, flowers, portraits of the people I love. The important thing is to look for beauty in what is close to you and looking for that point of view that brings you closer helps you enjoy observing it.

In my landscape paintings, many times, there are people who are contemplating it and invite the viewer to walk with them or sit next to them and enjoy it too.

I am also a friend of windows. Those that have history, that have wounds or traces of others who already lived there. and they have abandoned them. But its strength, its vitality remains and I make it present in my paintings. It gives strength to the real and ideal landscape that I represent through them.

The sea also makes me fall in love. Its multiple shapes and colors invite me to face the challenge, always lost, of getting closer to representing it. It is an approach to something unattainable, especially due to its fleeting nature. Each second is completely transformed and appears significantly different.

I have had my own painting academy and I have enjoyed and learned enormously from this activity, so I express my gratitude to all my students who have gone through it.

I have held numerous individual and group exhibitions, in addition to receiving some awards, carrying out private and institutional commissions and decorating a television series.

Dream and path

My paintings are related to my closest environment. From a realistic approach I try to capture in oil on canvas, those corners, landscapes or people that surround me and that I frequent. Beauty can be found in everything you see if you have the right focus. My dreams will only come true if I walk the right path every day. It's not so much what I find in the end that matters but the path I take every day.
