Discover the contemporary work of stephane PELLERIN

I have been drawing since I was 7 years old. I won poster competitions at the Vincennes Zoo when I was in middle school. I have always drawn for my classmates in drawing class. Passionate and curious about the history of art, ancient and lost civilizations, Aztec, Mayan, Mesopotamian, ancient Egyptian, Greco-Roman, up to Flemish painters. Interested in religious iconic painting. I was bottle-fed on 80s pop culture, tex avery, 50s-70s movies. 

Graphic arts and applied art student, ISAP Paris. I worked in an advertising agency (Mcann Erickson) but also in a studio, as a letter painter for Auchan (1989), freelance decoration-mural painter with a master painter (Philippe triollet)

I have created more than 60 t-shirt illustrations, offbeat, mixing derision and trompe l'oeil history. And some donated canvases here and there.

I am truly passionate about many artistic and environmental fields.

I try to combine, today, towards a culture of emotion and sobriety, by using local products and recycling. I resumed drawing lessons with a talented teacher, Constance Robine, as crazy as me. We need new stories, madness and poetry, using resources wisely.
